Infiltration - can be through eyes or Thoughts. No one should be in a place without their permission - be it in front of eyes or in thoughts.
One could stare unnecessarily and thereby infilterate privacy of others through eyes.
One could think of others, uninvited and uncomfortable if they are to know, thereby infilterating their privacy through thoughts.
These are human considerations to the delicate levels.
